Hello and welcome to my blog.
As stated in my 'About Me' I am a qualified Fitness Instructor who because of injury has been unable to exercise for the last 6 months. Now I am fully fit and able to exercise again I decided to track my progress and to hopefully inspire anybody who finds this.
I will begin by doing full body sessions and gradually increase the intensity as well as varying each session in order to ensure I do not become bored.
Once I complete my full body sessions and my strength increases I will then start doing upper body, lower body and core sessions.
