Session 1 - Light Full Body Workout

Completed my first gym session on New Year's Day after I finished work. Working in a health club is great as I can close the whole place down and have the gym to myself. That means the music gets turned UP :)

Here is the session that I did. A light one to get me back into working out regularly.
