Session 3

As I have been waiting a long time to get back started in the gym I decided to do a gym session the first 4 days of the year. So below is what I did in my 3rd session.

I pushed myself abit harder in this session in order to test myself and I felt great afterwards. Looking forward to getting a quick gym session tomorrow before I start work.
