Cut out junk food from my dietLose 2lb in week 1- Lose 2lb in week 2
- Lose 2lbs a week until I reach 14 Stone
- Reduce body fat percentage by 5%
Reduce waist from 38" to 37"- Reduce waist to 36"
- Reduce waist to 35"
- Reduce waist to 34"
- Increase arms size to 15"
- Increase arms size to 16"
- Increase chest size to 42"
- Achieve 15% body fat
- Have a healthy waist to hip ratio
- Have a healthy BMI
- Run the Great North Run
