2012 Targets

Here is a list of targets/goals that I am aiming to achieve this year. When one has been completed I will update the page and display photographic proof when necessary.

I will be adding more goals as I go throughout the process.

Goals for 2012:
  • Cut out junk food from my diet
  • Lose 2lb in week 1
  • Lose 2lb in week 2
  • Lose 2lbs a week until I reach 14 Stone
  • Reduce body fat percentage by 5%
  • Reduce waist from 38" to 37"
  • Reduce waist to 36"
  • Reduce waist to 35"
  • Reduce waist to 34"
  • Increase arms size to 15"
  • Increase arms size to 16"
  • Increase chest size to 42"
  • Achieve 15% body fat
  • Have a healthy waist to hip ratio
  • Have a healthy BMI
  • Run the Great North Run
